- Able to meet the most challenging tolerances maintaining geometric tolerances of up to .0002” co-planer and flatness requirements in production
- Special expertise in polishing and buffing of orthopedic devices including cobalt chrome and titanium implantation systems and surgical instrumentation
- Surface finish requirements of up to 4 Ra
- In-house design engineering for tooling and fixturing to meet all grinding requirements
- Blanchard grinding up to 16” diameter
